(The minimum time for a call is one hour)
£14 per hour 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday.
£16 per hour before 8am or after 8pm Monday to Friday.
£16 per hour on Saturday and Sunday
Calls required during bank holidays will be charged at double the normal rate.

If days away are required a full 24 hour companionship period will be £10 per hour.

Mileage incurred whilst providing companionship is £0.45p per mile.

Please note that any extra costs incurred through refreshments and activities are to be met by the client.

Outdoor Companionship – Our Complaints Policy
We are very committed to providing a high-quality service to all our customers. If you have any concerns, and you are not totally happy with our service, we need you to tell us about it. This will help us to improve our service and standards to you.
You have the right to make a complaint about any aspect of our services to you, which you find unsatisfactory in any way.
All complaints can be made verbally, in writing, by telephone or by email using the following contact details:

We aim to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible
We will seek to resolve your complaint within 24 hours and hopefully resolve the problem there and then. If not we will arrange a meeting within 14 days of receiving the complaint, hoping that will resolve the problem.
